Questions, corrections, or a source we should be reading? We would like to hear from you, and we read everything that arrives.
Corrections come first
Every figure AfriCap publishes is traced to a named source and listed at the foot of the article it appears in. That system is good at catching invention and it is not perfect at catching a source that was itself wrong, or a number that has moved since we published. If you have found either, telling us is the single most useful thing you can do.
Corrections reach us fastest through the form below. Naming the article and quoting the figure you are questioning saves a great deal of hunting, and pointing us at the source you believe is correct saves more. When we agree with you we change the page and say what changed. When we disagree we will tell you why rather than leaving you without an answer.
What else to write about
Reporting and data we should be reading are always welcome, particularly primary research from organisations working in the markets we cover. So are questions about how a conclusion in an article was reached, which is a fair thing to ask of any publication and one we would rather answer than have assumed.
If you want to republish something from this site, ask first and say where it is going. We usually say yes when the piece is credited and linked, and it costs nothing to check.
What to expect back
This is a small editorial operation, so a reply is not instant. Messages that identify a factual problem are looked at first and answered. General questions are answered when there is something useful to say. We do not send marketing email, we do not pass your address to anyone, and writing to us does not sign you up to anything. You can ask us to delete a message you sent at any time by writing to support@acyera.com.
You can also write directly to support@acyera.com rather than using the form, if that suits you better.
Send us a message
We read every message and reply when a response is needed.
